These terms govern your use of The Nonprofit Guy LLC program financing website and application.
Using this website
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must be authorized to submit the information included in an application.
Financing offers
Special Financing Company states that all applicants receive an offer. Available amounts, payment schedules, same-as-cash eligibility, and other terms depend on the program and the offer presented. “100% approval” means every applicant receives an offer; it does not mean every applicant receives the same amount, payment, or terms.
Estimates and final agreement
Payment figures shown on this website are estimates based on your selections. Your final terms, disclosures, obligations, and payment schedule are contained in the consumer agreement and Truth in Lending disclosure provided by Special Financing Company. Submitting an application does not itself complete or activate financing.
Electronic communications
By submitting the application and accepting the electronic-signature consent, you agree to receive application messages, agreements, and disclosures electronically at the email address and phone number you provide.
Program services
Financing and The Nonprofit Guy program services are separate parts of the transaction. Program access and onboarding begin according to the signed financing agreement and the applicable program terms.
Website availability
We work to keep this website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the website, these terms, or available programs when needed.
